The article makes a point which is worthy of discussion: the fact that States and public sector organisations are registered as legal entities in Dun and Bradstreet and other commercial databases. Judge Marko Duk, in the 'Buljan Flander' dispute, ruled on behalf of the Republic of Croatia and earned criminal charges for false representation!
With this action, a judge of the Municipal Civil Court in Zagreb Marko Duk realized all the essential characteristics of the criminal act of false representation, a stakeholder of a criminal association employed in the private company 'Hrvatska d.o.o.', who does not perform his job conscientiously, responsibly, does not adhere to the Constitution and law, the rule of law and does not preserve the independence, survival and uniqueness of the state of Croatia.
At the Municipal Court in Zagreb, Judge Marko Duk, in the legal matter Ref. no. LX Pn-447/20-14 by plaintiff Gordana Buljan Flander from Zagreb and plaintiff Domagoj Štimac from Sisak against the association 'No Hate Speech – Truth Against Lies' from Podstrana for compensation for the texts published by the portal 'Truth Against Lies', namely:
"False report of child abuse! Institutions are accomplices!"
"Child Protection Centre "Dr. Gordana Buljan Flander" a front for the destruction of Croatian families"
"Revealed! Mothers, stay away from the Child and Youth Protection Center of Zagreb "Dr. Buljan Flander" and
"Domagoj Štimac and Gordana Buljan Flander – dealers of child custody in Croatia".
Judge delivers a non-final verdict
in which he orders the defendant, the association 'No Hate Speech - Truth Against Lies' to pay Gordana Buljan Flander and Domagoj Štimac 3 thousand euros for compensation for damages, due to the violation of rights and personality, increased by penalty interest as well as compensation of the costs of litigation in the amount of 1,401.06 euros together with penalty interest.
The portal H-alter also wrote about the way the Polyclinic 'Dr. Gordana Buljan Flander' works, in addition to the portal Truth against Lies. Jelena Jindra, the author of banned texts, after talking to several parents who claimed that they were being abused within this system, that they did not have a voice and whichever institution they turned to, no one reacted, wrote: "Gordana Buljan Flander abuses the power she has and exploits the powerless".
The Croatian Journalists' Association and the Journalists' Union reacted to the decision of the Zagreb Municipal Civil Cour, which ordered the H-alter portal to ban the publication of articles about the Zagreb Child and Youth Protection Center as well as the director of the institution Gordana Buljan Flander, calling the decision a precedent and dangerous censorship.
The same interim measure banning the publication of articles about Buljan Flander and her Polyclinic was adopted by the Municipal Court in Split on 24 February 2020 against the portal 'Truth against Lies'.

Richard Gardner is an American child psychiatrist who lived from 1931-2003 when he committed suicide by inflicting multiple knife wounds on himself. This controversial psychiatrist was not recognized by the profession, because he did not conduct the scientific works that he published, but printed books in his printing house and published them. He is responsible for the death of a boy named Nathan Greic, who committed suicide after his testimony (blackmail) that if he did not spend time with his father his mother would go to jail.
He invented and implemented this “threat therapythat because he "recognized the syndrome of alienation of children from parents". Dr. Richard Gardner advocated that paedophile parents stay in the family!
Daughters of Gordana Buljan Flander
One of her daughters, Ivana Buljan, became deputy ombudsperson for children, and the other daughter, Mia Flander, worked as a psychologist in their sister Polyclinic Kocijan Hercigonja, then moved to SUVAG.
Flander and Hercigonja gave lectures together on child manipulation. Currently, there are two main polyclinics for the expertise of children and parents determined by the courts.
So, G.B. Flander this way has everything child-related covered. Plus training to social welfare centres and the Croatian Bar Association.

Such a verdict on behalf of the Republic of Croatia could not be rendered by Judge Marko Duk to respect the Republic of Croatia, because its laws are clear:

FREEDOM OF THE MEDIA
Article 3(1) Freedom of expression and freedom of the media shall be guaranteed. For Marko Duk, the principles on the media, the Declaration of Human Rights, the Statute of the Association are just a dead letter
That is why he (and his ilk), impersonating the Republic of Croatia, actually make judgments on behalf of his 'state', i.e. the company or corporation of the so-called 'Hrvatska d.o.o.' (d.o.o. means limited liability company) whose employee and judge is Marko Duk.
This company (owner unknown to Croatian people) 'Hrvatska d.o.o.' started operating, for its own account on 29.04.2013.
The Republic of Croatia (D-U-N-S number 500640570) - Blocked transaction account 29.04.2013. after conducted bankruptcy proceedings (liquidation).
The first president of the registered company (after the liquidation of the Republic of Croatia on 29.04.2013.) named OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT (D-U-N-S number 552658569) was Ivo Josipović, listed as primary executive (executive director), and not as the President of the Republic of Croatia.
And one of the daughters of the company 'Hrvatska d.o.o.' is the Municipal Civil Court in Zagreb listed under the D-U-N-S number 499452852 – activity: courts and judiciary, which issued this non-final verdict.
Our homeland – with all its institutions, from top to bottom, without our knowledge was at one point transformed into – a company. This means that it is no longer run by legitimate representatives of our people, but by the clerks of the real owner of that company – and who it is – time will tell.
This incredible fraud was discovered by the document REPUBLIC OF CROATIA Ltd. which clarifies the meaning of the D-U-N-S number.
What is a D-U-N-S number?
The D-U-N-S number (Data Universal Numbering System) is a nine-digit coding scheme. Companies around the world can be clearly identified with a D-U-N-S number. This allows companies to be classified according to their parent companies, headquarters, subsidiaries, activities and branches.
Who can request a D-U-N-S number?
The D-U-N-S number is intended solely for the purpose of identifying the company. This includes divisions of the company, as well as owners of entrepreneurs and private individuals. However, D-U-N-S numbers are never assigned to private individuals.
The Republic of Croatia and all its institutions are duly registered with the D-U-N-S number as companies, and not as institutions of a sovereign state ruled by the people.
What does the Criminal Code of the Republic of Croatia say about false representation and criminal association
(1) Whoever falsely presents himself as an official or military person or carries any signs of an official or military person with the aim of obtaining any benefit to himself or another or to cause any damage to another,
shall be punished by a fine or imprisonment not exceeding one year. (2) The punishment referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article shall be imposed on whoever performs an act authorized to be performed only by an official or military person.

Article 328
(1) Whoever organizes or leads a criminal association shall
be punished by imprisonment for a term between six months and five years. 2) Whoever participates in an association referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article, without having yet committed any criminal offense for that association, or undertakes an action that is not a criminal offense, but which he knows contributes to the achievement of the goal of a criminal association, or financially or otherwise supports a criminal association,
shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years.( 3) An offender of the criminal offense referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2 of this Article who, by timely detection of a criminal association, prevents the commission of the criminal offenses referred to in paragraph 4 of this Article or a member of a criminal association who discovers him before committing the criminal offense referred to in paragraph 4 of this Article in his composition or for him may be released from punishment. (4) A criminal association consists of at least three persons who have joined forces with the common objective of committing one or more criminal offences, for which a term of imprisonment of more than three years may be imposed, and which does not include an association consisting of persons accidentally linked to the immediate commission of one criminal offence.
The association "No Hate Speech-Truth Against Lies" is not the publisher of the portal "Truth Against Lies", which is persistently imputed to it, and with no arguments... It is hearsay.
If the association were the publisher of the portal Truth Against Lies, it would be in the register of electronic media.
The president of the Association Željana Bralić has no influence on editorial policy, she does not write for the portal, she does not use a computer, she has never heard of Gordana Buljan Flander and Domagoj Štimac before the lawsuit.
The only truth, media related to Željana Bralić, is that she was the first woman in Croatia at less than 18 years old, back in 1991, in a duet with Kris Glaliot to sing the first patriotic song 'Rodi me majka Hrvatica'.
Instead of state recognition, she was interrogated - because of Gordana Buljan Flander and Domagoj Štimac.
